CCIIF Services Policy – March 2026

In case CCIIF Office is approached for a general information, it will be provided free of charge by directing the requester towards the online CCIIF Business Directory which will include FAQ with a list of suggested contacts, and the list of services that can be provided by CCIIF Members (e.g. Business Development, HR, Legal, etc).

In case the request is for a specific kind of person, expertise or market, the Chamber will first provide names of several Board Members with an equal opportunity to answer. In case no Board Member shows interest within 3 working days, the Chamber will forward the request to the rest of CCIIF Members. In case no Member shows interest within another 3 working days, the Chamber will forward the request to its relevant Partners. In all above cases and unless the requests develops into a CCIIF labeled project, a front referral contribution of 800 NIS will be asked for. If the request comes from a CCIIF Member there will be no charge.

Provided it is within the scope of its mission of improving Israel-France business relationship and on the condition it satisfies moral and legal standards, CCIIF Board is entitled to grant the Chamber’s label to specific business projects to be run by Members of CCIIF (Israeli companies or Israeli subs of international groups – unless otherwise approved by CCIIF Board in specific cases; French companies must be referred to CCFI or Business France). Chamber’s label may consist either of confirming project leader’s CCIIF Membership and/or expertise, or of a motivated support for this specific project.

In return the Chamber will perceive as compensation a 10% fee of the project’s net revenue (total amount billed to the client minus expenses) and issue the according receipt (cf Project Business Model). In the specific case of personnel recruitment, CCIIF will perceive a success fee of 1 month salary for every employee that the Chamber (with in some cases a Partner) have identified and helped the client company to hire.

With the same caveats as above, CCIIF is entitled to build and offer under its own name services that may be performed either by the Chamber’s own Members or by external subcontractors. The Chamber will then charge a provider’s compensation fee according to the importance of its contribution to the project and issue the according receipt (cf Project Business Model).

The conditions of any CCIIF labeling or offer must be stipulated in a written contract precising what the Chamber will provide and what it will receive in return.
